Warranty Policy

Effective Date: 14 August 2025

This warranty policy applies to all products sold by Bolt 4 Online Store. Please read carefully to understand the terms, coverage, and exclusions.


1. SPECIAL WARRANTY CONDITIONS – LED HEADLIGHT BULBS

  • Warranty Period: As stated in the product listing, advertisement, product description, or any official promotional material for each LED model, starting from the date of purchase. Replacement products will carry only the remaining portion of the original warranty period.
  • Coverage: Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship from the manufacturing process.
  • LED Sets: For LED headlight bulb sets, if a single bulb is defective, only that bulb will be replaced. Other bulb(s) in the set will be replaced only if also proven defective.
  • Exclusions (LED-specific): Warranty is void if:
    • There is visible physical damage or evidence of mishandling.
    • Any part of the LED bulb, driver, or wiring has been modified, tampered with, or repaired.
    • Installed in systems with incompatible voltage (e.g., non-12V) or used outside intended vehicle specifications.
    • Damaged by electrical faults, improper voltage supply, or any issue originating from the vehicle’s electrical system.
    • Improper installation, non-automotive use, or exposure to liquids beyond rated protection (if applicable), excessive heat, or corrosion.
    • Bulbs with installation-related damage (scratches, bent pins, cut wires) are not eligible for warranty claims.

2. GENERAL WARRANTY TERMS (ALL PRODUCTS)

  • Warranty Period: For all products, the warranty period will be as stated in the product listing, advertisement, product description, or any official promotional material, starting from the date of purchase. Replacement products will carry only the remaining portion of the original warranty period.
  • Coverage: Limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product at our discretion, provided the claim meets the conditions outlined in this policy.
  • Eligibility: Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Proof of Purchase: Required in the form of an order number, receipt, invoice, or any other document we approve.
  • Exclusions: Does not cover normal wear, misuse, or damage from improper handling/installation.

3. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE

  • Contact customer service on WhatsApp at +97338363562 with your order number, product details, and a description of the issue.
  • All customers must report any defect within 15 calendar days of receiving the shipment. Reporting a defect does not guarantee approval of the claim.
  • After a defect is reported within the required timeframe, we may request photos or videos to assess the claim before authorizing a return.
  • Approved claims will be repaired or replaced. If the order was originally shipped (not locally picked up), we will cover all shipping fees related to the approved claim.
  • For rejected claims, or if inspection finds no defect, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs (both ways).
  • Returns without prior authorization may be refused.

4. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS (ALL PRODUCTS)

Warranty is void if:

  • There is visible damage or evidence of mishandling.
  • The product has been modified, tampered with, or repaired.
  • Installed or used in a manner inconsistent with design or outside intended vehicle/application specifications.
  • Damaged by electrical faults, improper voltage supply, or any issue originating from the vehicle’s electrical system.
  • Evidence of liquid ingress beyond rated protection (if any).
  • Damaged by environmental factors such as extreme heat, moisture beyond rated resistance (if any), or corrosion.
  • Damaged due to accidents, improper storage, or poor maintenance.

5. NON-WARRANTY PRODUCTS

  • Certain products are sold without a warranty; this will be stated at purchase.
  • Consumable items (e.g., cleaning supplies, adhesives, tapes, detailing cloths, fluids, or any product designed to be depleted or worn out through normal use) are not covered.
  • Products without warranty are sold “as is” and are non-returnable unless defective on arrival.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our liability is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. We are not responsible for costs related to installation, removal, labor, downtime, vehicle damage, loss of business, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
