This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the timelines and conditions for product deliveries from Bolt 4 Online Store.
1. DELIVERY WITHIN BAHRAIN
- Orders placed before the daily cutoff time (11:00 AM) will be delivered the same day.
- Deliveries are made Saturday to Thursday.
- No deliveries on Fridays or public holidays.
- Customers must ensure correct delivery details (address, contact number). Failed deliveries due to incorrect details may incur re-delivery fees.
- Delivery is available across all areas of Bahrain. Remote or hard-to-reach areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
2. DELIVERY TO GCC COUNTRIES
- Orders shipped to GCC countries are delivered within 2–7 business days depending on destination and courier availability.
- Customs clearance or unforeseen courier delays may extend delivery times.
- Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or any other charges imposed by their country.
3. ORDER PROCESSING
- Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
- Customers will receive a confirmation message with tracking details (where applicable).
4. DELIVERY FEES
- Delivery fees (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment, excluding any additional taxes, customs duties, or fees imposed by the destination country.
- Free delivery offers (if available) will be clearly communicated on the product or promotion page.
5. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
- If the courier cannot deliver due to incorrect information or customer unavailability, a re-delivery may be scheduled at the customer’s expense.
- Orders not claimed within the courier’s holding period may be returned to us. In such cases, shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. DELIVERY DELAYS DISCLAIMER
- All delivery times provided are estimates. Bolt 4 Online Store is not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, customs procedures, or other factors beyond our control.
- Once an order has been handed over to the courier, ownership and responsibility for the products transfer to the customer. Bolt 4 Online Store is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping.
This policy ensures transparency and protects against disputes about delays, missed deliveries, or customs issues.
