Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

This policy applies to all returns, refunds, and exchanges for products sold by Bolt 4 Online Store. Please review carefully to understand the terms, coverage, and exclusions.


1. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS (OUR RESPONSIBILITY)

  • If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 15 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and with all included accessories, manuals, and components.
  • Once inspected and approved, the item will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion.
  • For approved claims, all shipping fees will be covered by us.
  • Returns without prior authorization may be refused.

2. ORDERING ERRORS (CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY)

We understand that mistakes can happen when placing an order. Please review the following conditions:

  • Wrong Size or Model Ordered: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Items must be returned unused, unopened, in original packaging, and with all included accessories and manuals. Restocking fees may apply for opened packaging or missing components.
  • Incorrect Quantity Ordered: Excess items ordered by mistake must be returned at the customer’s expense. Partial returns must meet the same condition and packaging requirements.
  • Opened, Damaged, or Missing Components: Items with opened packaging, missing accessories, or alterations from original condition may incur restocking fees or be refused.
  • Return Timeframe: Returns for ordering errors must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
  • Condition of Returned Goods: Products must be in “as new” condition—free from scratches, dirt, or installation marks. Items damaged due to poor return packaging are not eligible.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Any used, installed, or consumable items (such as electrical components that have been fitted, cleaning supplies, adhesives, or fluids) cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or installation damage will not be accepted.
  • Issues caused by the customer’s vehicle, including insufficient electrical systems, improper voltage supply, or incompatibility with the vehicle’s specifications, are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, including cases where the vehicle’s electrical capacity is insufficient to properly power the product.
  • Items sold at clearance or final sale are non-returnable unless defective on arrival.

4. REFUNDS & PROCESSING

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
  • Refund timelines depend on your bank or payment provider. Please allow for processing delays.
  • Shipping costs (both initial and return) are non-refundable except for approved defective/damaged claims where we cover all shipping fees.
