SPECIAL WARRANTY CONDITIONS \u2013 LED HEADLIGHT BULBS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-default\">\n<li><strong>Warranty Period<\/strong>: As stated in the product listing, advertisement, product description, or any official promotional material for each LED model, starting from the date of purchase. Replacement products will carry only the remaining portion of the original warranty period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Coverage<\/strong>: Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship from the manufacturing process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>LED Sets<\/strong>: For LED headlight bulb sets, if a single bulb is defective, only that bulb will be replaced. Other bulb(s) in the set will be replaced only if also proven defective.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Exclusions (LED-specific)<\/strong>: Warranty is void if:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>There is visible physical damage or evidence of mishandling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any part of the LED bulb, driver, or wiring has been modified, tampered with, or repaired.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Installed in systems with incompatible voltage (e.g., non-12V) or used outside intended vehicle specifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Damaged by electrical faults, improper voltage supply, or any issue originating from the vehicle\u2019s electrical system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improper installation, non-automotive use, or exposure to liquids beyond rated protection (if applicable), excessive heat, or corrosion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bulbs with installation-related damage (scratches, bent pins, cut wires) are not eligible for warranty claims.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. GENERAL WARRANTY TERMS (ALL PRODUCTS)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Warranty Period<\/strong>: For all products, the warranty period will be as stated in the product listing, advertisement, product description, or any official promotional material, starting from the date of purchase. Replacement products will carry only the remaining portion of the original warranty period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Coverage<\/strong>: Limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product at our discretion, provided the claim meets the conditions outlined in this policy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Eligibility<\/strong>: Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Proof of Purchase<\/strong>: Required in the form of an order number, receipt, invoice, or any other document we approve.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Exclusions<\/strong>: Does not cover normal wear, misuse, or damage from improper handling\/installation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Contact customer service on WhatsApp at +97338363562 with your order number, product details, and a description of the issue.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All customers must report any defect within <strong>15 calendar days<\/strong> of receiving the shipment. Reporting a defect does not guarantee approval of the claim.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After a defect is reported within the required timeframe, we may request photos or videos to assess the claim before authorizing a return.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Approved claims will be repaired or replaced. If the order was originally shipped (not locally picked up), we will cover all shipping fees related to the approved claim.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For rejected claims, or if inspection finds no defect, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs (both ways).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Returns without prior authorization may be refused.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS (ALL PRODUCTS)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Warranty is void if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>There is visible damage or evidence of mishandling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The product has been modified, tampered with, or repaired.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Installed or used in a manner inconsistent with design or outside intended vehicle\/application specifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Damaged by electrical faults, improper voltage supply, or any issue originating from the vehicle\u2019s electrical system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evidence of liquid ingress beyond rated protection (if any).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Damaged by environmental factors such as extreme heat, moisture beyond rated resistance (if any), or corrosion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Damaged due to accidents, improper storage, or poor maintenance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.
